Please make sure that your PayPal email is your actual one of use. Our confirmation notice is sent to your PayPal email. We ask that you use an email address other than hotmail.com because we have many issues withat server. OUR EMAIL ADDRESSES ARE SEND ONLY. We do not read them. You might wish to check your spam and delete email folders on several devices (computer, phone) to see if the email confirmation went to someplace other than your inbox.

Please message Laurie Berry at Strat World for subscription help or if you have not received email notification 48 hours after purchase. Activation occurs after normal business hours (usually late at night).

You can check your subscription status via your PayPal account.

Q. I have my account confirmation letter but my user name and password isn't working.
|A. You may need to manually cut/paste your user and password information. Not entering your user and pass correctly is 95 percent of subscriber problems in this area. Be sure to enter your user and password EXACTLY as they appear in your confirmation email.

Q. What should I do if I can't find my email and password?
A. Please check your spam and delete mail folders first. Contact Laurie Berry at Strat World if you don't hear from us after 48 hours. Include your Paypal confirmation and that will help us resolve account duties much quicker.

Q, What if I can't download your Excel Files?
The site is up and running.. The site can be off-line at various periods for maintenance.
Try cutting/pasting your account info to prevent misspelling or capitalization errors.
You might also try having someone help you with entering in your UN and PW.

Try clearing your cache.
Change your browser security setting.
Right-click the pages/links.

Delete your browser history.
Try a different browser. Your browser may not be compatable with our server.
Download the latest Microsoft Excel and Word web apps.

Q. How do I change my user name or password?
A. Contact us via the email address below and we'll start changing your account information.
