1. Open to draft
league teams from the 2006 card set/roster disk. |

2. Entries must
have won the 2006 league championship, playoff teams, and 95+
win teams |

3. We will open the
tournament to teams with 85+ wins if space permits. As this is our
first event, we have no idea of how many managers will sign up for this
event so we're kind of hesitant opening it up to a larger pool at this
time. |

4. No designated
hitter in tournament. Super Advanced rules but no injuries or closer
rule. No MAX rule for forcing daily injuries. Lineups are set to draft
league mode with no rest. Minor league players ineligible.
Ballpark/Weather effects are active. |

5. Player Usage
Rules: 100+ IP for starting pitchers. Option of 4 or 5-man rotation
for each series. 30+ IP for relievers. 100+ AB for all position
players. Players not meeting these AB/IP levels must be in the minor
leagues and inactive for the tournament. |

6. Two brackets of play: 20+ team
league, 14 to 18 team league |
|
7. Seeding based on 162-game autoplay.
Assignment of seeds based on autoplay finish. Each series is 2-2-1-1-1
with a day of rest for travel. Full rest given prior to start of
series. |

8. Managers have the option of sending a
revised CM prior to the start of the autoplay round and prior to the
start of the final 16 and final 4 of each bracket. |

9. Prizes selected by winners include:
2001-2007 card sets, computer season disks, and free 1-year
subscriptions to Somworld and Strat Planner. Winners automatically
receive an invitation to compete in the 2008 CL Tournament. |
