Please make sure that your PayPal email is your actual one of use. Our confirmation notice is sent to your PayPal email.  We ask that you use an email address other than hotmail.com because we have many issues witn that server.

You might wish to check your spam and delete email folders on several devices (computer, phone) to see if the email confirmation went to someplace other than your inbox.

Please message Laurie Berry at SOMWORLD Customer Service email address for subscription help or if you have not received email notification 48 hours after purchase. Activation occurs after normal business hours (usually late at night).
